European Solidarity Corps brings together young people to build a more inclusive society, supporting vulnerable people and responding to societal challenges also demonstrate ‘European value’ – drawing on priorities identified by the EU, such as inclusion, climate change, democratic engagement, citizenship, or gender equality. Besides, ESC contributes to the personal and professional development of volunteers.
Projects can last from 2 to 12 months. There is a wide range of projects’ fields: education and training, citizenship and democratic participation, environment and natural protection, migration, culture, and many others. At the end of your ESC period, you receive a certificate confirming your participation and describing your project – the Youthpass.
The volunteering projects are aimed at social, cultural, and environmental development.
