The first week of holidays and Culture Week is behind us!
We watched several presentations, created ceramic maps of Georgia, tried food from different corners of Europe (Spanish “bacon” soup, Turkish sweets, Georgian lobiani and Tunisian frikasi) we took part in a city game, where we wandered around Kwidzyn, played Uno and chatted for many hours !
It was a great time, thank you to all participants!
Summercamps with teenage groups are different – full of casual conversations, playing mafia, extending breaks (5 more minutes!), breaking speed records in dobble (still hurts a bit) – but also participants are more courageous in using English.
They are not afraid to say that one of the presentations is a bit too long, and the walk with the game around the city is so nice that we have to repeat it.
Or do it again, this time at night. Preferably today. It’s been a week with cool teenagers. We are happy, we are saving ideas for holidays and we hope to meet soon!
