New year has started, but we still can’t get Santa out from Akwedukt!

This January EVS volunteers got another present -unusual format of a monthly meeting. From 15th to 16th of January Akwedukt team participated in a training run by external specialist Anna Szlęk.

Training had two sessions, exploring group development, subtleties of communication. And posed a very relevant question: how do we learn?
As for Akwedukt team, we learn in our traditional way- with fun!

During diverse activities: brain-storms, games, psychological role-plays, volunteers gained useful insights they can now apply in their work with children, and became a little closer to each other.

We thank Anna Szlęk for her creative and humorous approach, and our participants who made the most of it.
