Volunteers and staff family of Akwedukt greets you warm !

Gladly using the word “family” as the more time passes the more we get closer and becoming a real family with our volunteers, coordinators and staff. In our latest training sometimes we worked as a team and sometimes shared our feelings individually and learnt more about Poland while we are having fun and having conversations on the other hand. And the most importantly we saw that 6 hours actually feels like 5 minutes when we are together with our family. We are glad that besides their precious work at schools, our volunteers can have time for their own individual developments and becoming more productive with their personal skills or skills for the work.

Communication between volunteers themselves and with staff was just great. Happily our coordinators are more like friends than a “boss” so our atmosphere is totally warm and we are all able to express our feelings and thoughts freely without any judgement.

Special thanks for our coordinators for their efforts and special thanks to our volunteers for their participations and contributions to every event. Akwedukt family is growing and becoming bigger 😉
